7 日內退換・完整未開封產品

為保障所有客人衛生，已開封產品恕不接受退換。如收到產品有質量問題，請於 7 天內與我們聯絡，我們會免費為您安排換貨或全額退款。

產品是否 100% 正貨？ Are products 100% authentic?

是。萬利髮廊四十年來與日本、韓國、意大利、德國、澳洲品牌直接合作，所有產品均由原廠或官方代理採購，附原裝包裝及批次編號。
Yes. We source directly from official distributors in Japan, Korea, Italy, Germany, and Australia — every product carries original packaging and batch codes.

產品適合所有髮質嗎？ Is every product suitable for all hair types?

不一定。每支產品的描述頁有適用髮質說明。如不確定，可 WhatsApp 我們，髮型師會根據您的髮質推薦最適合的組合。
Not always — each product page lists suitable hair types. WhatsApp us and our stylists will recommend a custom routine.

焗油要多久做一次？ How often should I do a treatment mask?

建議每星期 1–2 次，於洗髮後代替護髮素使用，停留 10 分鐘。日常護髮素則可每天使用。
1–2 times a week after shampoo, in place of conditioner, leave on for 10 minutes. Daily conditioner can be used every wash.

可以批發或大量訂購嗎？ Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?
